Best cocktail book I've ever seen!

I've never been inspired to write an amazon review, but WOW. This book is AMAZING. I own a few cocktail books and I've thumbed through countless others, but I've never come across such an incredible tome.
The Death & Co cocktail book is elegant, simple, and clear. The instructions are thorough. The recipes don't all rely on expensive, obscure liquors. And there's a great appendix for making infusions and other in-house delights. Bonus, the photos are beautiful! I couldn't ask for anything more.

Great book, words of caution about a few things.

Excellent book of recipes and advice, but I will give you one word of caution. Maybe a few words. A large number of the recipes in here require specialized ingredients. Given the advice in the book, you will probably be able to make substitutions, but at its base, these are recipes for a very well-stocked bar. Besides that, however, the book contains excellent advice on everything from ice to glasses to types of alcohol to opening your own cocktail bar (and every sub-type therein).
Excellent book for:
Bartenders (especially those who do the ordering)
Home cocktail aficionados
People who like cocktails and who insist on opening a cocktail bar (I say insist because if you need the book to open a cocktail bar you shouldn't open a cocktail bar)
People who know a lot about cocktail bars but want a little extra inspiration for their new cocktail bars (go ahead, open a cocktail bar, what do I care?)
People who are going to steal the Death & Co formula to open an identical cocktail bar, perhaps called "Life & Co" or "Death and Waffles" or something like that
People who are going to make me cocktails.

Fun to read with awesome illustrations!

Out of all the cocktail and alcohol-related books I own (ten to be exact), this is by far the best one.
